Today in the forest, we made clay prints using leaves and various natural materials. The children worked diligently, using rolling pins to flatten the clay into tiles or pancakes. They then arranged leaves, sticks, bark, and other objects in the clay, which would later be removed, leaving behind imprints.

Next, we created a hole in each tile so they could be hung from the trees with string. Some children opted to attach the clay directly to the tree trunks, while others designed their pieces differently.
